Delivery
When does Nowra Farmers Market deliver?
Nowra Farmers Market delivers between the hours of 7am to 12am Monday through Friday, and from 8am to 11am on Saturdays. Sorry no deliveries on Sunday.
When is the latest I can place an order for next day delivery?
All orders must be submitted before 3am on the day of delivery.

Deli and grocery orders must be placed before 5pm the previous day for next day delivery. Sunday 3pm as the shop closes earlier.
For orders outside these times, we are happy for you to shop in store, please make use of your account facilities and purchase boxed items as required
Can I receive an order on a public holiday?
Nowra Farmers Market does not delivery on public holidays.
What suburbs does Nowra Farmers Market deliver to?
Nowra Farmers Market delivers to Kiama through to Sussex Inlet, Australia.

Is there a delivery charge?
FREE delivery for orders above $30.00 otherwise a $5.00 delivery charge will be added
Can I change the delivery day?
Once your order has been processed you will not be able to change the delivery day online. To discuss special circumstances you can contact the store on 4422 3356 (press 4). Depending on the amount of notice a different delivery day may be organised.
Is there a minimum order?
No minimum order spend is required for wholesale customers.
How does Nowra Farmers Market manage perishable items during the delivery process?
All orders are delivered in a refrigerated truck to ensure that perishable items are stored at the appropriate temperature during transportation.
What if the business is unattended there is no one to accept the delivery?
Before you complete your shopping order online there is a section for special delivery instructions should you not be there to accept the delivery. Please fill in this section. If there are no delivery instructions your order will be left outside your front door and Nowra Farmers Market will take no responsibility for missing or damaged items. Should we feel there is no appropriate place to leave your order Nowra Farmers Market will take it back to the store where you can either pick it up personally or we will re deliver at an additional cost of $10.00.
What if the business is in a secure building and no one is available to take the order?
Please notify your concierge of your order so that it can be accepted on your behalf. Alternatively if a neighbouring business is available they can also accept the delivery at your request.
How can I relay special requests?

What if something I ordered is not available on the day?
If Nowra Farmers Market cannot service an item in your order we will contact you to discuss substituting it for another product. If we cannot offer a suitable replacement we will remove it from your invoice.

What if I find that there is an item missing?
Please check your invoice to see if the product was out of stock and item has been removed accordingly. If an item is out of stock we will immediately remove it from your invoiced total amount. For any discrepancies please contact the store on 4422 3356 (press 4). A second delivery run will be arranged if anything out of stock arrives in store by 11am.
Returns / Exchanges / Refunds
In the event of any problems with goods purchased online from Nowra Farmers Market, we will gladly exchange and deliver to your door free of charge. A Nowra Farmers Market invoice is required for proof of purchase. Nowra Farmers Market will not be responsible for any loss or damage which occurs to items after delivery due to late collection or otherwise.
Nowra Farmers Market guarantees to deliver high quality, market fresh produce direct to your door and in the event you are dissatisfied with any perishable item, we will gladly discuss with you any requests for a refund.
Payments
Are all transactions on this site are in Australian Dollars (AUD) only?
Yes! All transactions processed on this site by Nowra Farmers Market are in Australian Dollars (AUD) only.
What are the available forms of payment?
All wholesale accounts will be required to complete credit application upon registration. During the approval process, payment terms will be confirmed accordingly. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Bankcard and Amex. Credit card payments are processed through different secure payment gateway providers depending on the payment terms.
If paying by direct deposit we will display our bank account details on your invoice and you can log on to your bank account on line or visit a NAB bank and deposit the money into our account. If you are provided with a space to enter a description for the transaction please enter your business and invoice number. Please note that orders will not be delivered if there are any outstanding invoices until money has been transferred into the Nowra Farmers Market bank account.

Can I send an order and collect it from the store?
Most defintely! We would love to see you. Just order online and select in store pickup in our checkout screen. If you are picking up instore depending on your account with us you might still have pay at the online checkout with your Credit Card.
Can I phone my order through instead of online?
Most defintely! We would love to chat. Just contact us.
Who will deliver my order?
One of our staff. We do not rely on couriers.
Is it secure to order online from you?
It's very secure. We utilise state of the art security technology to protect your data. Additionally for payment processing we only use level 1 Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) compliant payment gateway providers and we never touch or store your full card number, cvv.
For added protection our website also uses 256 bit SSL Encryption Technology
